As part of a re-engagement campaign for Red Cross Blood Donation, we worked with Red Cross to create a personalised, graphic-led, fun and emotive video to encourage first-time donors to come back.
Working with Hollard's Real Insurance brand, we created a pilot campaign designed to improve the claims lodgement process.
This pilot has now been sent to ~5000 customers as they made a claim, increasing their engagement and understanding of the whole process.
Analytics have shown a very impressive level of engagement with this video campaign and we are now working with Hollard to establish an ongoing API relationship between our systems, leading to completely hands-off automated video delivery.
With two different versions (repair and write-off), this personalised concept supported up to 7 personalisation points about the claimant and their claim process:

—with optional scenes for inclusion if the claimant was entitles to car hire and excess support.
